I’m writing on behalf of my father, Leonard [edit]. Last week after being discharged from the hospital after gall bladder surgery he came home to a sewer problem. This presented a real problem due to his medication which required a working bathroom.
He called on company and they said it would take 3 days without water [to do the repair] — unacceptable!
