Would you like to become a licensed plumber in Denver? Apply for Garvin’s Sewer Service Plumber Apprenticeship Program!
We are proud to announce that we have partnered with the CDOL to offer a Plumber Apprenticeship Program.
This is a 4-year program designed for candidates with little to no previous plumbing experience.
The Plumber Apprenticeship program takes a participant through 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and over 576 classroom instruction hours over 4 years. Upon completion of the program, candidates will be equipped to test for their Journeyman Plumber license and receive a Nationally recognized certificate of completion from the Department of Labor.
If you’re accepted into the program, you will be paid during your training, including pay increases as your skills develop. Plumbing is a well-paid trade profession. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to help others break into our trade and gain the training and experience needed to become licensed plumbers in the Denver area.
Garvin’s Plumbing and Sewer intentionally works to create a workforce that reflects the community we serve, including those historically discriminated against in the skilled trades, including people of color, LGBTQ+ identifying and women. Therefore, we encourage anyone interested in a career as a plumber in the Denver area to apply.
Our apprenticeship program is open to all. However, it is limited to 6 participants per year.
